    Seaspray condominium board member Dave Buckwalter responded in detail to a previous story about the condo near 34th Street in Ocean City, which the city has declared unfit for occupation for the second time in two years. He said repair costs would be far lower than the estimates presented by a group of owners who want to demolish, and cited a report that presented a far rosier picture of the building’s condition.
